Mousilli Law respects the sensitive nature of business, intellectual property, and trial data. Information submitted through our online lead intake forms is routed securely to our CRM system (Clio Grow) and is handled under strict attorney-client privilege guidelines where applicable.
2. No Attorney-Client Relationship Formed by Submission
Submitting a lead intake form, scheduling a preliminary consultation, or transmitting message data does not form a binding attorney-client relationship. A formal relationship is established only upon execution of a written Engagement Letter signed by Attorney Lema Mousilli.
3. Information Collection & Usage
We collect personal details (name, phone number, email address, company details) solely for conflict checks, communication, and legal intake evaluation. We do not sell or monetize personal data to third parties.
